Our research focuses on revolutionizing predictive maintenance by adopting a system-level approach that integrates multimodal data such as images, time series, and audio. This enhances real-time diagnostics and predictive capabilities. We leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence, including generative and prescriptive AI models, to address data imbalances and improve the accuracy of system diagnostics, life predictions, and root cause analysis.
By integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), we enable automated diagnostics and reporting, allowing systems to explain failures and recommend corrective actions in natural language. This innovation significantly enhances communication between machines and human operators, ensuring seamless interpretation and transmission of maintenance insights within the APS framework.
